Getting Achy

After finishing January just a few hours short of my workout goal, I have started this week without working out for 3 days in a row for reasons beyond my control. When I am not active, my back and joints get stiff and achy, when I work out too much my back and joints get stiff and achy. Tis a vicious cycle, I eat cause I am sad and I am sad cause I eat...Oops! That part wasn't about me at all.
Anywho, I hope to fire up the body with an hour of riding yet tonight. I've got to get on the horse while I still have time to ride it!
